Shipping policy

Due to Evalon Resto being a small business, we will endeavor to deliver our furniture within our 14 days time frame which excludes weekends and bank holidays. 

If delivery is in December, then please be aware time and delivery days may vary due to Christmas opening hours. 

Delivery may be on occasion, longer than expected, due to severe weather conditions out of our control or courier time frame schedule changes beyond their control, i,e, breakdowns, traffic, weather etc.

Images are taken prior to loading the item onto our courier transport to ensure the item/s arrives safely and in the condition it left our warehouse.

During transportation, items will be wrapped with travel blankets and strapped in safely as possible although items may move during transportation beyond the courier's control.

Shipping to outside of the United Kingdom can be discussed via our contact details, as this depends on the size, weight and area delivering to.
