Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, which does not include weekend or bank holidays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at evalon1315@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1, New Road, Middlestown, Wakefield, WF4 4RG.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item has any defectives, (which were not originally stated within the description before purchasing) damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to evalon1315@gmail.com. We can no longer accept damaged items after 14 days upon purchase stated on the receipt, if you are unhappy with the item, you must get in touch immediately, so we can put the issue correct as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items cannot be returned if you have damaged the item though your own fault. An exception may be considered if damage has happened to the item on transit, but pictures to show proof of the damage must be taken immediately and contact evalon1315@gmail.com
If your delivery date goes over the 14 day period if you wish to return your item, then we may make an exception, but you must contact evalon1315@gmail.com to ensure that this is authorised before we send any return shipping label. Please contact evalon1315@gmail.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any discounted items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item once purchased, then you must email, evalon1315@gmail.com immediately. We cannot accept any exchange without proof of purchase of original item. We cannot accept any exchange after 7 days of purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
